Our Center for Sport Management will prepare you for an exciting career in this $350 billion industry. You'll learn how to deal with financial, strategic and marketing issues that arise in the business of sport, and take advantage of Seton Hall's proximity to New York City.

After graduation, you'll be well-prepared for positions in professional and intercollegiate athletics and the industries that serve them. Curriculum

Our program exposes you to all facets of the business of sport, including:

  • Sport sponsorship relationships
  • Public relations and broadcasting
  • Player management labor relations
  • Ethical dilemmas in professional and amateur athletics

Dynamic faculty and guest speakers augment the curriculum, which covers everything from contract negotiation to marketing to sponsorship strategies.

With Seton Hall's focus on hands-on learning, your education will expand well beyond the classroom — to an internship. Given its metropolitan location, the Center for Sport Management offers more internship opportunities than many other sport management programs in the country.
