Ms. Constance Milstein is a Principal of Ogden CAP Properties, LLC, a property management and development company. In 2004, the Association of Real Estate Women and the Real Estate Weekly included Ms. Milstein among the top 50 women in real estate in the New York metro area. In 2003, Crain's included Ms. Milstein among the top 100 women real estate executives in the nation. Ms. Milstein was honored in 2004 by the Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter, one of the largest homeless shelters in New York, and is currently serving on its board. Ms. Milstein previously served as Director of Emigrant Savings Bank, New York's fourth largest savings bank. She also served as Co-Chairman of Douglas Elliman Inc., New York's largest residential real estate brokerage. Previously, she served as an attorney in the General Counsel's office of the Federal Department of Transportation and practiced law at the Washington law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Kampelman. Ms. Milstein holds a Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from North Carolina Central University Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University.
