General Counsel, Emisphere Technologies, Inc.

Mr. Patrick Osinski is the General Counsel of Emisphere Technologies, Inc. since October, 2008. In April, 2008 he retired as Vice President and General Counsel of Organon USA Inc. and Assistant General Counsel of Akzo Nobel Inc., the parent company of Organon. He joined Akzo Nobel/Organon in 1976. Previously, Mr. Osinski worked in retail and hospital pharmacy and hospital administration. Mr. Osinski received a J.D from St. John's University School of Law, an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin. He also completed Food and Drug law courses at New York University School of Law.
