Ms. Sandra Charles is President and CEO of C&O Resources, Inc. based in Washington, D.C. She has over 16 years of experience in the United States Government national security and foreign policy community. Ms. Charles has previously served as Director of Near East and South Asia Affairs at the National Security Council and Deputy Assistant Secretary (acting) of the Office of the Secretary of Defense, International Security Affairs. She has participated in high level negotiations and policy development on security cooperation, international agreements, foreign military sales, peace initiatives, and crisis management, including the first Bush Administration's policy for Operation Desert Storm.
