Abe Kasbo is founder and CEO of Verasoni Worldwide, an integrated marketing and public relations advisory firm in Fairfield, N.J. The firm delivers integrated marketing, branding, digital strategies, advertising and reputation management across platforms and markets. Verasoni Worldwide serves a range of clients from Fortune 500 to mid-market and start-ups. At its founding, Verasoni Worldwide pioneered integrated marketing in the wake of the digital revolution and continues to lead with sensible, business-driven campaigns across platforms. Kasbo is a sought after public speaker on branding, marketing strategy, digital communications and business issues and is quoted widely in the press.
Kasbo is chairman of Verasoni Ventures, which incubates and advises startups, including his latest, Dentourage.com. A multifaceted entrepreneur, he is also the executive-producer and director of the award-winning documentary "The Arab-Americans," distributed nationally by PBS; it’s the first feature-length, broadcast quality documentary chronicling the rich yet silent history and contributions of Arab Americans to the American fabric. The documentary took 10 years to produce and features former Majority Leader George Mitchell, Ralph Nader, Helen Thomas, General John Abizaid, Danny Thomas, Jamie Farr, and maps the experience of those who emigrated from the Levant, North Africa and the Gulf to America.
Kasbo's philanthropic efforts include founding OnlyOneToothBrush.com, which brought over 250,000 toothbrushes to Germany, Canada and the United States to support the oral health of Syrian refugees. The project gained national and international attention and generated about 160,000 toothbrush donations in the first five days of its launch and reached 250,000 toothbrushes within two months. In 2015, Kasbo was recognized as Economic Bridge Builder of Year by the American-Arab Chamber of Commerce and the Governor and Legislative Branch of the State of Michigan. Wayne County, Michigan also bestowed the same honor. Kasbo emigrated from Syria at the age of 10 and settled in Paterson, N.J. He earned a B.A. in political science and a master’s degree in public administration from Seton Hall University.
