Here are your 3+3 Law options:
- Business + Law – This 3 + 3 program allows you to earn a bachelor's degree from the Stillman School
of Business at Seton Hall University and transition to Seton Hall Law for three years
to complete your bachelor's and earn your J.D. degree. As an undergraduate, you can
major/choose a concentration in economics, finance, information technology management,
management, marketing or sport management.
Admission requirements: Holistic review of application. Cumulative unweighted HS GPA of 3.5 or higher required. Submission of SAT/ACT scores is optional but strongly encouraged.
Application Process: Submit your application to Seton Hall and select the following major: Law & Business (3+3 program)
You must be selected for this program at the point of admission to Seton Hall University
- Diplomacy and International Relations + Law – This 3 + 3 program allows you to earn a bachelor's degree in Diplomacy and International
Relations at Seton Hall University and transition to Seton Hall Law for three years
to complete your bachelor's and earn your J.D. degree.
Admission requirements: Holistic review and open to all students who meet the entrance requirement for the School of Diplomacy & International Relations as long they maintain a 3.6 GPA at Seton Hall. On average students admitted to the School of Diplomacy & International Relations have a 3.2 GPA. Submission of SAT/ACT scores is optional but strongly encouraged.
Application Process: Submit your application to Seton Hall and select the following major: Law & International Relations (3+3 program)
You must be selected for this program at the point of admission to Seton Hall University - College of Arts & Sciences – Majors in Anthropology, Criminal Justice, English, History, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology,
Religion, Social Work, Sociology, Languages, Literatures, Cultures, and Environmental
Studies.
This 3 + 3 program allows you to earn a bachelor's degree in one of these Arts & Sciences majors at Seton Hall University then transition to Seton Hall Law for three years to complete your bachelor's and earn your J.D. degree.
Admission requirements: Holistic review, students must have a minimum SAT score of 1270 or higher and minimum High School GPA of 3.7 (unweighted). To continue on to Seton Hall Law, students must maintain a 3.6 GPA at Seton Hall.
Application Process: Submit your application to Seton Hall and select one of the dual degree Law programs with an Arts & Sciences undergraduate major, listed above.
Students can apply using the Common Application or the Seton Hall application available on admissions.shu.edu. Students will be automatically admitted to a 3+3 program if they meet the indicated criteria above, have strong recommendations and essays and have not engaged in any inappropriate conduct. Students admitted to any of the 3+3 Law programs must maintain a 3.6 cumulative GPA at Seton Hall and achieve a minimum 161 LSAT score to continue in the program and enter the Law School.
