Study Abroad: Our Global Community
We live in an increasingly global community. As a result, students must prepare to work and thrive in a diverse and fast-paced world. Seton Hall is perfectly positioned to prepare you for this contemporary environment as we offer a metropolitan location right outside of NYC, a close relationship with the United Nations, numerous internship opportunities, a diverse community with students from all backgrounds and faiths, and opportunities to study abroad in 20+ countries
We believe our students benefit from experiential learning opportunities by making the world their classroom. With field trips, study abroad programs, guest lecturers, and service-led learning locally and internationally, we aim to provide a true global perspective to enhance each student’s educational experience.
Our Division of Volunteer Efforts (DOVE) also organizes many community service trips abroad to places like Haiti and El Salvador to encourage servant leadership. At Seton Hall, our students become stronger scholars, individuals, and leaders through a globalized education.
Our Study Abroad team helps students of all majors study abroad to advance their personal and professional development. Opportunities include: Spring Embedded, Summer Abroad, Exchange, and Third Party Provided programs that can help accommodate students’ schedules. For our Faculty Led programs (Spring Embedded and Summer Abroad) each opportunity is accompanied with credits that fit in with your academic plan. No matter what kind of program you’re looking for, our Study Abroad Office will help you find the right one. For more information on study abroad opportunities click here.
