Center for Computational Research
The Center for Computational Research's mission is to complement existing and future basic and applied research being conducted at Seton Hall University through the use of computer based modeling and simulation tools provided by the Center, thereby enhancing the research capabilities and competitiveness of the University, Research collaborations exist with faculty in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, and the Department of Physics.

Center for Functional Materials
Established in 2012, the Center for Functional Materials' core mission is to advance the University's research and educational profile by fostering the integration of education and research within the modern scientific topic of materials. Affiliated faculty provide advanced student training in a collaborative learning environment supported by external funding. The Center is integrated with other centers within the Department and University and promotes collaborations and grant seeking with faculty in other departments as well as with Federal laboratories.
