Save the Date: Winter Session Registration Opens November 12

Seton Hall campus during winter.Seton Hall University invites students to get ahead this year by enrolling in the 2025 winter session, which runs January 2 through January 14, 2025. This accelerated session offers a wide array of online and in-person courses designed to help students earn credits in just two weeks, making it an ideal opportunity to catch up, stay on track or even get ahead in their academic journey.

Enrollment is open to current Seton Hall students, both undergraduate and graduate, and visiting students from other colleges and universities. Registration begins November 12, 2024, at 7:45 a.m. Students enrolled in the winter session may choose one three-credit course. Those interested in registering, may view the available courses here by selecting “Winter 2025” as the term.

Student working on her laptop during christmas.The winter session includes courses from multiple disciplines, allowing students to fulfill core requirements, explore new subjects or complete prerequisites for their major. With the flexibility of online learning options, students can continue their studies from anywhere in the world over the winter break. Additionally, students can benefit from smaller class sizes and more focused learning environments.

“Winter session is a fantastic opportunity for students to maximize their time and academic progress during the break,” said Mary Kate Naatus, Assistant Provost and Dean of Continuing Education and Professional studies. “It provides an efficient, flexible way to earn credits while maintaining the high academic standards Seton Hall is known for.”

Winter session undergraduate tuition will be at the standard 2024-25 rate of $1,540 per credit, plus a registration fee of $80. Please note that winter session is an independent session and is not part of spring registration or tuition. Additional financial aid is not available for students in this program. Students cannot file the FAFSA nor receive federal or state aid which includes student or parent loans.
