Dr. Gladstone is a social work clinician, supervisor and educator with over 30 years of clinical experience in varied settings including hospitals, social service agencies, Head Start programs and in private practice.
Dr. Gladstone designed curriculum and taught modern attachment theory in the Rutgers Doctor of Social Work program. She also taught in the Rutgers MSW program and developed a course on Family Violence. Dr. Gladstone is currently on the faculty of several psychotherapy training institutes including the Integrative Trauma Treatment Program of the National Institute for the Psychotherapies in New York City and the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute. Dr. Gladstone specializes in affect regulation, trauma and dissociation, and the implementation of practice models grounded in these theories.
