Brendan Balestrieri is a Professor of Practice in the School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University, where he teaches Introduction to International Relations, Comparative Homeland Security, American Grand Strategy, and International Conflict and Security. His research interests include military alliances, military reserve forces, and North-South Korea relations. A lieutenant colonel in the United States Army Reserve, he has over 20 years of experience serving in the United States military, mostly overseas.
