Felipe H. Lopez is a Zapotec writer, poet, and educator from San Lucas Quiaviní, Oaxaca.
His interest areas include transnational migration and civil society; global cities and culture; regional development; urban Indigenous people, race, and ethnicity; and human rights, as well as Zapotec language reclamation; designing pedagogical materials and language teaching, language and technology; Indigenous literature; translation; and language activism, language as a human right.
