Canvas Training and Support
Whether you are a faculty member, staff member, graduate student, or undergraduate student, the TLTC will provide a range of options to help you learn Canvas and take advantage of its tools. Our goal is to provide training and support tailored to the diverse technological needs and pedagogical strategies of Seton Hall's teaching and learning community.
Canvas Training for Faculty
In addition to the one-on-one support offered by your designated instructional designer, the TLTC offers a robust schedule of in-person and remote Canvas training opportunities. Growing with Canvas (On-Demand Training)
The Growing with Canvas course is a great way to learn how to use Canvas with your students. Divided into six distinct modules, each focused on specific functionality within Canvas, this course is designed for you to work through the content at your own pace. Complete the Growing with Canvas course to learn time-saving tips and tools for successfully enhancing student learning.

Canvas Training for Students
The TLTC will be providing both in-person and remote Canvas for Students sessions throughout the fall semester. These sessions are designed to familiarize participants with course navigation, as well as the various Canvas features utilized for content delivery, learning assessment, and performance evaluation. Passport to Canvas
Pack your bags! Passport to Canvas provides everything you need to know about using Canvas in your class(es). The course is organized into Modules, each focused on one Canvas tool. You may move through the Modules in order or, you can choose your own adventure by completing Modules you would like to learn more about. Claim a passport stamp for each Module that you complete; earn all nine stamps for a full tour of how to use Canvas as a student.
