Commencement Photos on Campus

We know how special this time is for our Classes of 2020 and 2021. While we still have physical distancing procedures in place, we welcome you to return to campus to take some graduation photos and videos.

If you are interested in taking your photo on the South Orange campus, we ask that you reserve a 30 minute appointment via this form. Graduates are permitted to reserve one time slot per location. No more than 4 people are permitted to accompany the graduate on campus during each reservation time-slot. Reservations are for a total of 30 minutes each. Reservations are currently available through June 17.

Steps for reserving a time-slot:

Step 1
Students have to authenticate into their PirateNet with their SHU Credentials.

Step 2
Students select a "service" (Two locations we have outlined for photo opportunities- The Green and the Library).

Step 3
Students pick an available date/time that works with their schedule.

Step 4
Students will register with their information and receive a confirmation email as well as a calendar invite to place on their calendars.
