Media Use Copyright and Checkout Procedure
The Global Learning Center (GLC) has hundreds of CDs, audio and video cassettes, and DVDs in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, and a few other languages.
Administrators and staff may request to borrow media for two weeks; the loan may be
renewed. Faculty may also place media on reserve for use by students.
Students may use CDs and DVDs reserved by their instructors in the GLC (Fahy Hall
202/203C) or the Screening Room (203B). Students are not allowed to remove CDs or DVDs from either of these spaces. Students may check out books (with the exception of reference books) and other printed
material for two weeks.
Use of the materials in the GLC is subject to all U.S. Copyright laws. By using these
materials, users agree to abide by U.S. Copyright law and "Fair Use" practices.
