High Impact Experiences

Our Institute is known for its high impact activities. Students can participate in over 50 campus activities a year on a programmatic level. Our reach spreads to our three campuses and beyond through our community engagement events like our Distinguished Speaker series and Ella Triunfa. We also offer once-in-a-lifetime trips where students come face to face with the history makers, barrier breakers and movers and shakers.

Mentorship

The Institute promotes intellectual and professional growth by inviting Latino scholars and international trailblazers to campus. We also provide mentorship through our Alumni group, Ambassadors or the Latino Institute Vanguards, individuals who have reached national or international fame for being history makers, barrier breakers or movers and shakers in their fields.

Unique Opportunities to Give Back

With the Institute’s support and guidance, students can fulfill their potential as servant leaders through a scholarship that requires the recipient to be active in giving back to their chosen community.
