Senior Faculty Associate
Department of Mathematics and Computer Science
Professor McNeill transitioned from a math adjunct to a professor at Seton Hall in 2005. She teaches developmental math, math for social sciences, mathematical perspectives and math for elementary educators (a course she co-created with two education professors -- Dr. Mueller and Dr. May). This course is designed for students that want to pursue a career in teaching and it prepares them with a firm mathematical foundation for future careers in education. Professor McNeill also runs the annual Joseph W. Andrushkiw Competition, an annual mathematics problem-solving competition for New Jersey high school students that is sponsored and hosted by the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Seton Hall University.
