Born and raised in Poland, Father Maslowski was ordained a priest of the Archdiocese of Bialystok, Poland on June 16, 1988. He was incardinated into the Archdiocese of Newark on June 24, 1998. In 2003 at The Catholic University of Lublin, Poland, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation in Pastoral Theology in the field of Family Studies: Hospice Caregivers: Administering to the Terminally Ill.
Father Maslowski's assignments have included:
