Courtney Sender is a fiction writer & author of the story collection "In Other Lifetimes All I've Lost Comes Back to Me"
Courtney Sender is the author of "In Other Lifetimes All I've Lost Comes Back to Me," called "fierce" by Alice McDermott and "a deep and howling portrait of longing and loneliness" by The Boston Globe. Sender's fiction has appeared in Ploughshares, AGNI, Glimmer Train, The Kenyon Review, American Short Fiction, and many others. Her essays have appeared in The New York Times' Modern Love, The Atlantic, Slate, and others. She is staff writer for iHeartMedia's #1-charting podcast Noble Blood. Her teaching and research interests center on the craft of fiction, including the short story, novella, and novel, and Jewish-Christian Studies with a focus on the Holocaust.
