The Seton Hall University Department of Public Safety provides a free, reliable escort service to transport members of the University community from the main campus to locations in the immediate vicinity that are not on the Seton Hall Shuttle route. This service, SHU Ride, available for transportation to and from the Public Safety building, is located directly behind Corrigan Hall and adjacent to the Ward Place exit.

SHU Ride hours (Spring and Fall Semesters):
Monday-Sunday: 5 p.m. to 3 a.m.

This service can be obtained using the on-demand feature in the TripShot application, which can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play Store. Once downloaded, enter "Seton Hall” as the service name. You will be asked to log in with your Seton Hall credentials.  If you are unable to make a request via TripShot call the Public Safety dispatcher at (973) 761-7550.

SHU Ride is available to all members of the Seton Hall University community. To ride SHU Ride, community members need a SHU ID. This service was designed to provide a safe transportation alternative for those traveling the streets around campus in the evening hours and is available for transportation to and from the Public Safety building.
