The Bursar is responsible for the preparation of student bills, the processing of student payments, assisting with the payment plans, third party billing, outside scholarships, the processing of refunds, deposits to departmental accounts, collection of past due accounts and consolidation and payments of Perkins Loans for completed students. If you have questions or concerns about how to pay your bill or about using the Electronic Billing System, the Office of the Bursar will be able to assist you.

All students must apply yearly for financial aid. To be considered for the full range of financial aid available, students should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which is available January 1st each year. The processed results of the FAFSA must be received by SHU on or before March 1st to meet our priority date. Our school code is 002632.

Access to Student's Financial and Academic Records
If you would like access to your student's finance and academic records, please download and fill out the Authorization for Access to Student Information form. This form needs to be signed by both the guardian and student.
