About the Division of Finance

The Division of Finance, under the executive direction of the Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), provides leadership, oversight, and stewardship for all Seton Hall University’s financial resources while ensuring absolute institutional fiscal integrity. Working collaboratively with senior academic and administrative leadership and with the Board of Regents, the CFO provides strategic vision and advice designed to support the fiscal health and growth objectives of the university.

In collaboration with the division’s senior leadership, the CFO leads all university financial operations and manages external financial relationships, including but not limited to banking and investments, governmental, compliance, and reporting.

With a customer service mindset and visionary fiscal agenda, the entire Finance Division team acts intentionally to align with the university’s mission and to develop transformational financial solutions to increase Seton Hall’s enterprise value and economic impact on behalf of the constituents it serves – especially its students.
