Registration Process with Disability Support Services
Step 1: Complete a Student Application Form in AIM here. This form can only be completed once a student has their Seton Hall email address.
Step 2: Send DSS documentation of your disability. You can find our documentation guidelines and Accommodation Request and Documentation form here. If you are having difficulty receiving documentation, please let us know as we may be able to set up provisional accommodations for you until we receive your documentation.
Step 3: Schedule an interactive process meeting to discuss your disability with a DSS staff member and set up an accommodation plan. Once we receive Step 1 and 2, we will contact you via your Seton Hall email to schedule a meeting.
Students can begin the registration process with Disability Support Services (DSS) as soon as they have received access to their Seton Hall email address. Students can also begin the registration process at any point during the semester, or at any point during their college career if they are diagnosed with a disability. It is important to note that accommodations are not retroactive, therefore we recommend registering with DSS as early as possible. DSS can begin having interactive process meetings with incoming students in early June.
