Work Orders and Maintenance for Housing

Seton Hall University strives to provide a safe and accommodating environment for students who choose to stay in housing and residence halls on campus. If your residence hall is in need of repairs, we have several options to ensure your needs are met and that your environment is comfortable and safe. 

Maintenance and repair items are reported to the Resident Assistant or the main desk of the residence hall. Work Orders will be forwarded from Housing Portal and University Housing to Facilities Engineering.
